RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Hockey Custom Design decal sets are printed on demand. Each kit is produced only once the order has been placed. Due to the customized nature of this product, all sales are final. Once the product has been delivered, the installation of the decal on the mask (or on any other item) is entirely the client’s responsibility, and all installation-related risks are assumed by the client.

TAXES & SHIPPING
Applicable taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout.
– For United States customers, applicable taxes (if any) will be collected directly by the carrier.

Orders are shipped within 7-10 business days after approval of the final proof. An electronic receipt and tracking number will be emailed once the shipment has been processed.

Hockey Custom Design cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once the pickup request has been made with the carrier.

All shipping issues — lost, stolen, or damaged items — fall entirely under the responsibility and financial liability of the buyer/owner throughout the entire transportation process. Any delivery issue must be handled directly between the buyer/owner and the carrier.
We will provide a tracking number, but please understand that once the parcel leaves our studio, all transportation risks and fees are assumed by the buyer/owner.

Our shipments are made through the carrier of your choice and include basic insurance covering up to $100 CAD.
It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if they wish to add additional insurance with a higher declared value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Hockey Custom Design is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. We are not responsible for long-term wear, game-related damage, installation-related damage, or any injury resulting from the use of a helmet to which our products have been applied.

Applying vinyl to curved or rigid surfaces can be challenging. The client assumes full responsibility for the installation.

Hockey Custom Design decal sets are designed to fit most carbon-fiber goalie masks. We are not responsible for issues related to application on polycarbonate or hybrid helmets.

Adding paint, adhesive, or vinyl to a mask may compromise its integrity and may void the manufacturer’s warranty as well as CSA or HECC certifications. These risks are fully assumed by the client.

We do not recommend applying our decals to custom paint jobs or used helmets.

Although our kits have been tested on most major mask brands, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit on rare, modified, or atypically shaped models.

Our decals are printed on non-permanent vinyl and are not intended for long-term use.

By submitting a Hockey Custom Design request, the user agrees to comply with these conditions throughout the entire customization process and releases www.hockeycustom.com from any liability arising from misuse of the service or any action that goes against these conditions.

1.2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The user who submits material for a Hockey Custom Design project assumes full legal responsibility for the use of all intellectual property.
www.hockeycustom.com and its affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized use of images, artwork, logos, or any materials protected by copyright or trademarks provided by the client.

By submitting their material, the user confirms that they have obtained all necessary permissions to use the elements provided.

www.hockeycustom.com reserves the right to refuse any design request for any reason deemed valid.
