This process allows complex parts to be coated evenly, provides a commercial-quality finish and delivers superior adhesion. It is therefore much safer and more durable than spray paint, which may chip or flake after an impact.
 
All components, including the cage, clips and screws, are first sandblasted to ensure the best possible finish. Once the preparation is complete, the powder coating is cured in a high-temperature oven at temperatures ranging from 380°F to 440°F.
