3. Design Creation
 
We'll create a fully custom design and send you progress previews throughout the process. You're welcome to request adjustments until the final approval. However, completely changing the design after work has begun will require additional design fees to start over.
 
4. Printing & Installation
 
Once your design has been approved, we print your wrap and professionally install it in our workshop located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.
 
Installation typically requires 24 to 48 hours, excluding shipping time.

Production Time
 
Production times generally range from 1 to 3 months, depending on the season and current production volume.
 
Shipping
 
Round-trip shipping costs for your mask are not included.
 
If you're shipping your mask to us, simply select "Quebec, Canada" during checkout. Available shipping options and outbound shipping rates will automatically appear.
 
If you would also like us to ship your finished mask back to you, a separate invoice will be issued before your completed mask is returned.
 
Mask Condition
 
Your mask may be new or used, but it must be:
 
 
 
Clean
 
 
Dry
 
 
Free of stickers, adhesive residue or glue
 
 
The three original stickers located on the backplate may remain in place.
 
If additional cleaning or preparation is required before installation, a $40 CAD + applicable taxes service fee will apply and must be paid before your completed mask is returned.
