Enter your choices in the box provided. If you wish to add your number, indicate it. Please contact us to provide the file in vector format of your team logo. (.ai .eps .svg .pdf .cdr are the only formats that will be accepted. If you are not able to get one of these formats, we can vectorize your logo from a .jpg or high resolution .png for an additional charge). We assume that you have previously received the necessary permission to use the logo.
